Meet Janine Dulay

With the support and dedication of 1,800 team members, Janine Dulay helped build one of the largest Nationwide, Nationally Certified Women Owned Businesses in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. As President and Majority Owner, she oversaw National Operations, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Negotiations, Public Relations, Risk Management and co-managed Sales and Marketing, mergers and acquisitions, union and legal matters.

Janine was one of St. Louis’ “40 Under 40” and one of St. Louis’ “Most Influential Business Women of the Year.” She was recognized for 17 consecutive years as one of the Largest Women Owned Businesses in Missouri, by The St. Louis Business Journal and various other publications.

Janine was a member of IFMA (International Facilities Managers Association), IREM (International Real Estate Managers Association), BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association), NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) and WomenConnect.
