Congruence Transaction Coordinating Services is a PARTNER with Brokers and Agents in the residential Real Estate Community.

We are Administrative Professionals who manage all aspects of the paperwork and deadline driven documents involved in a real estate transaction. We are trained in every step of the transaction process and thoroughly monitor progress from the time the buyer and seller are under contract, through the close of escrow.

We ensure a smooth transaction from contract to closing. Working closely with all parties in each transaction, we will assist in providing useful & detailed information and action plans, process contractual documents and disclosures, order and coordinate inspections and monitor deadlines.
